Hi, I’m Mary Elizabeth — though many people simply know me as M.E. I’m a Spiritual Nurturer, multimedia creator, workshop facilitator, and community-centered creative based in Wake Forest. 

My work blends intuitive guidance, real lived experiences, creative communication, and practical compassion to help people reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

​Before stepping fully into spiritual and creative work, I spent over 10 years working in pharmaceutical and training environments, where I developed a strong foundation in communication, organization, education, onboarding, compliance, attention to detail, and supporting people through complex systems and transitions.​Today, I carry those experiences into work that is both intuitive and grounded.

 

Through personalized spiritual sessions, educational workshops, multimedia storytelling, and community engagement support, I create spaces designed to encourage reflection, creativity, connection, healing, and self-awareness.​
