Hi, I'm Mary Elizabeth Gonda, though many people simply know me as M.E.

I am a Spiritual Nurturer, educator, multimedia creator, and community engagement professional based in Wake Forest, North Carolina. My work centers around helping people find meaningful connections—to themselves, to their communities, and to the tools, resources, and experiences that support their growth.

Before stepping fully into spiritual and creative work, I spent more than a decade working in pharmaceutical quality, training, and compliance environments. During that time, I developed extensive experience in education, onboarding, communication, process improvement, documentation, and helping people navigate complex systems. Today, I bring those same skills into work that is both intuitive and practical.
